type: markmap codeblocks now show a zoom/fit toolbar over the mind map, so you can zoom in, zoom out, and re-fit the whole tree without scrolling or reaching for keyboard shortcuts. See Codeblocks.
This release also bumps a handful of JS dependencies; no other user-facing changes.
